From Gstaad Switzerland to Woodend, Australia! Thierry has been a professional chef for over 40 years and is joined (or let's say kept in check!) by wife and co-owner Sue.
The happy couple met in Gstaad (in a pub of course! And then later on the ski slopes) and have since brought their dreams of running a humble country restaurant to the Macedon Ranges, which has been home for the last 26 years and counting. Both had spent a lifetime in hospitality,
in one form or another, before opening up shop on the Woodend High Street in April 2016.
